The role offers equity and on‑site work in SF, with exposure to capital markets, valuation, and strategic projects across gaming and digital collectibles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, strategic finance or FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling and three‑statement forecasting with valuation.
• Solid accounting fundamentals (GAAP, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Hands‑on AI usage to automate reporting and modeling.
• Clear written and visual communication for executives and board.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and forecasting: build and maintain the three‑statement model and cash flow.
• Track unit economics and headcount against plan with leadership.
• Deliver monthly budget vs. actual reporting with variance explanations.
• Build valuation and deal models and assist diligence on acquisitions.
• Support capital markets and investor relations with financing analyses.
