Job summary

Plaid is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team in San Francisco. You will contribute to long-range planning, capital structure, SBC, and enterprise-level financial strategy, partnering with the CFO, leadership, the Board, Corp Dev, and Accounting on decisions shaping Plaid’s trajectory.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields, with strong modeling skills and SaaS/fintech metrics experience to influence executive-level decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with long-range, scenario, or valuation models.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/fintech metrics and external benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Own components of Plaid’s 3–5 year long-range plan and financial targets.
• Lead end-to-end PMO for the quarterly Board process and narrative development.
• Build and operationalize SBC and equity modeling and tie to profitability and margins.
• Lead consolidated cash flow forecasting and contingency planning.
• Benchmark against peers to inform long-term capital and operating decisions.
• Partner with Corp Dev on capital raises and capital structure analysis.
