Job summary

Sphera is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Strategic Finance to lead forecasting, planning, and reporting for its services/consulting line. You will enhance BI, automate KPI reporting, and deliver insightful analyses for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

The role requires strong data skills with Alteryx and Power BI, advanced Excel, and excellent communication. A hybrid/remote US-based work arrangement is available, with competitive compensation and broad benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred) or 3–5 years as a financial analyst.
• Alteryx and Power BI fluency is required.
• Advanced Excel modeling with strong analytical skills; intermediate PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• NetSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve BI infrastructure; KPI reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare financial/operational KPIs including bookings, pipeline, and ASP.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for Services/Consulting.
• Build financial models for recurring forecasts and scenario planning.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly executive and board-facing presentations.
• Contribute to post-acquisition data and systems integration.
