CRG Search is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Analytics to join the corporate finance organization in Charlotte, NC. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to fringe defaults, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority within a large, diverse organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years accounting/finance experience including public accounting or industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with corporate and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Build the annual budget and ongoing forecasts for fringe defaults.
• Monitor performance against forecasts to identify trends and risks.
• Assess fringe defaults and quantify financial exposure.
• Conduct independent financial analysis and defend conclusions.
• Analyze data drivers to support sector finance teams.
• Support CPI rate files and contractual rate adjustments.
• Be a financial resource for fringe-related questions from clients and field teams.
• Own financial aspects of contract compliance and liability.
• Develop procedures to align forecasts with client requirements.
• Drive process improvements and automation for fringe forecasting.
