Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to apply advanced cash and accrual accounting skills to prepare, evaluate, and deliver accurate financial reports for a complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.

You will maintain accounting policies and controls within the Financial Strategy and Operations function. Responsibilities include posting journal entries, preparing financial packages on schedule, auditing funding requests, and communicating complex information clearly to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to analyze complex problems using standard procedures and judgement.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and deliver financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
Create and post journal entries and ensure expenses and other transactions are recorded.
Generate and review financial packages and ensure timely delivery to clients and management.
Review funding and payment requests for accuracy and authorization.
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
