Brother USA is seeking a Manager, Business Planning, Consumables to lead demand, financial, and inventory forecasting by analyzing POS data and aligning with GTM strategies. You will manage budgets, monitor forecast accuracy, and partner with regional teams on sales, supply chain, and product launches.

The role is hybrid with remote flexibility up to two days per week, requiring collaboration across marketing, supply chain, and finance to optimize inventory and drive business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Minimum 5 years in S&OP with cross-functional collaboration; experience owning budgets.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee POS inputs to create forecasts for demand planning.
• Develop product category forecasts with demand planning.
• Coordinate GTM promotions and translate to demand plans.
• Monitor channel inventory and coordinate with supply planning.
• Set annual/quarterly/monthly sales budgets with GTM teams.
• Prepare month-end sales and profit reports.
• Analyze stock and coordinate with supply planning on inventory levels.
