Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Senior Demand & Inventory Planning leader to drive forecasting, replenishment, and SKU governance across our network in the United States.

You will own forecasting, replenishment, and network allocation, partnering with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain on budgets and KPIs, while mentoring a growing planning team. A strong background in ERP and S&OP is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in demand/inventory planning.
• 4+ years leading teams.
• Strong analytical, ERP, and S&OP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment across the network.
• Optimize inventory investments to improve availability, turnover, and profitability.
• Define inventory strategy, SKU governance, and service targets.
• Own forecasting, replenishment, and network allocation.
• Partner with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain on budgets and KPIs.
