Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Planning & Allocation to lead inventory planning, forecasting, and allocation across the Americas region. This role partners with headquarters and local teams to optimize product distribution and support regional sales objectives.

You will develop rolling forecasts, collaborate with the Supply Chain, and allocate inventory across channels while analyzing sales trends to identify risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; at least five years in a planning role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with figures and retail mathematics; luxury retail knowledge is a plus.
• SAP and Looker knowledge is a plus; French and/or Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor rolling forecasts for assigned product categories, maintaining accuracy against objectives and KPIs.
• Partner with headquarters Supply Chain on regional product needs, forecasts, and model stock reviews.
• Allocate inventory across channels, including online retail, based on assortments and demand.
• Analyze sales, stock rotation, and business trends to identify risks and opportunities and recommend action plans.
• Contribute to budgets and last-estimate exercises, prepare supply chain reporting, and co-lead presentations to senior leadership.
• Manage supply chain and operations projects as needed.
