Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most complex customer engagements and drive consumption strategy across Digital Native Business.

You will own executive-level relationships and serve as the definitive technical authority for your accounts, mentoring peers and shaping enterprise-wide data and AI initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and develop strategic platforms, focusing on real-time systems, migrations, and lakehouse patterns to accelerate platform

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or senior customer-facing technical roles.
• Expert-level coding proficiency — Python, SQL, and ideally Spark/PySpark.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture: distributed systems at scale, streaming/real-time, lakehouse design patterns.
• Expert-level Databricks Platform knowledge (or equivalent depth in competing platforms)
• Declared technical specialization with deep expertise in real-time architectures, ML/AI platforms, data governance, or large-scale migrations.
• Proven track record of driving consumption growth and platform adoption in large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical and consumption strategy for the most complex customer engagements, influencing platform adoption and revenue growth.
• Own senior-level technical relationships — act as trusted advisor on enterprise data and AI strategy.
• Lead complex architecture engagements: multi-workload platforms, migrations, real-time systems, and AI/ML at scale.
• Mentor junior SAs and contribute to Field Engineering thought leadership with customer-facing content and workshops.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions and timelines.
