Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to provide expert contracting support across NDAs, SOWs, amendments, and letters. You will draft, edit, and manage transaction documents, coordinating with sales, finance, operations, security, and product teams to ensure terms align with templates and policies.

You will work primarily on single purpose agreements and use clause banks to standardize language, while handling CLM tools and PDF editing to maintain accurate contract files.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in contract administration or legal operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using PDF editing tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) to produce and manage contract documents.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with financial services, payments industry, or technology contracts is a plus.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Working primarily on single purpose agreements/documents (NDAs, SOWs, amendments, letters, etc).
• Preparing initial drafts of complex legal agreements based upon contracting standards and unique deal terms.
• Managing form contract templates and drafting sections or passages using standard documents and a clause bank.
• Coordinating input and approvals across sales, finance, operations, security, and product teams.
• Reviewing terms against templates and identifying deviations.
• Acting as the point person for information from finance, operations, security, product during contracting.
• Ensuring final copies of agreements are stored properly.
