Your role will involve architecting test plans, managing testing lifecycles, and collaborating across functions. The ideal candidate has significant experience in healthcare plan configuration, employing advanced analytical skills to deliver outstanding results in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage or healthcare plan configuration, testing, or technical quality assurance.
• Strong hands-on experience with HealthEdge HRP and Source.
• Incredibly detail-oriented with a knack for identifying edge cases.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end claim lifecycle.
• Passion for leveraging technology and data-driven insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure configuration accuracy.
• Develop and execute scenario-based testing models.
• Provide detailed failed-test analysis and impact assessments.
• Manage technical validation lifecycle and ensure zero-defect deployments.
• Simulate payment variances to confirm root causes.
• Utilize AI tools for creating test scenarios.
