Job summary

Francisco Partners is seeking a Configuration Analyst responsible for updating managed care claims processing, maintenance, and support of interfaces.

This position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and the ability to perform analyses and regression testing. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business and knowledge of health plan operations.

Remote work is possible for this role, but quarterly travel to Tampa, Florida, will be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in reporting, preferably with SQL.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses of Avalon laboratory benefits management configuration.
• Run regression testing prior to Production releases.
• Develop and maintain ReadyAPI! test suite for regression testing management.
