Job summary

The University of Florida Human Resources is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to shape compensation strategy, provide executive-level analysis, and lead high-impact salary initiatives across the university. You will drive market benchmarking, financial modeling, and sophisticated analytics to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, colleges, and external consultants, while guiding

Qualifications

Master's degree in an appropriate area with four years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree with six years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical, consulting, and executive communication skills.
Experience with complex compensation data and market analysis.

Responsibilities

Shape enterprise compensation strategy by developing and evaluating compensation philosophies, programs, salary structures, and practices.
Advise on executive compensation with market analysis and strategic recommendations for recruitment and retention.
Lead complex market benchmarking, financial modeling, compensation analytics, and workforce analyses to inform senior decisions.
Lead university-wide salary initiatives—merit and salary increase programs in partnership with leadership, Finance, HR, colleges, and units.
Support the university transition to Workday and identify opportunities to strengthen compensation programs through technology and governance.
