Ascendo Resources seeks an experienced Sr. Compensation Analyst to join our HR team in Jacksonville.

The role calls for independence, strong analytical and technical expertise, and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. You will provide compensation guidance, conduct market pricing, job evaluations, and internal equity assessments while supporting architecture/leveling and compliance with wage regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of compensation experience (analysis, administration, or incentive design)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
• Knowledge of market pricing, job evaluation, internal equity, and job architecture/leveling
• Familiarity with minimum wage requirements and compensation regulations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with HRIS merit and/or bonus processing preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation guidance and analysis to HR leaders and business partners
• Support market pricing, job evaluations, internal equity assessments, and compensation structure development
• Analyze compensation data and provide actionable recommendations
• Maintain and analyze salary structures, including geographic differentials
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings
• Assist with compensation process improvements, systems, and data management
• Analyze budget and financial impact of compensation changes
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines
