Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia seeks a Strategic Messaging Specialist to lead development and implementation of strategic communications, elevating the Bank’s visibility with target audiences. You will craft key messages and coordinate across internal and external platforms to ensure consistent messaging.

You will translate complex research into clear campaigns for digital, print, and social channels, while expanding the Bank’s online presence and refining information design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, education, or related discipline.
• Minimum of seven years of relevant writing and editing experience.
• Ability to translate research into language that the intelligent layperson can understand.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of communications programs.
• Develop strategic messaging plans and key messages in collaboration with senior management.
• Coordinate messaging across internal and external platforms across the Bank.
• Translate complex research into clear and engaging information campaigns for digital and print channels.
• Expand the Bank’s social media presence and collaborate with the Digital Content team.
• Write, edit, and review Bank publications, website content, email newsletters, and other materials.
