Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a Strategic Messaging Specialist to lead strategic communications programs that raise the Bank’s profile. You will craft messaging with Senior leadership, coordinate efforts across teams, and translate complex research for broad audiences via digital and print channels.

You will develop content calendars, manage messaging consistency, and help expand the Bank's social media presence while ensuring alignment with the Federal Reserve’s priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, education, or related discipline and a minimum of seven years of relevant writing and editing experience.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear language for broad audiences.
• Experience with both print and digital communications campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and implementation of communications programs to raise the Bank's reputation and visibility.
• Develop strategic messaging plans and key messages with senior leaders.
• Coordinate messaging across internal and external platforms with stakeholders.
• Create content calendars and drive overall content strategy for the institution.
• Translate research into engaging information campaigns through digital and print channels.
• Expand the Bank’s social media presence in collaboration with the Digital Content team.
• Writes, edits, and reviews Bank publications, website content, newsletters, and other materials.
