Job summary

The Senior Vice President of Strategic Communications at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia leads the Bank’s internal and external communications, including media relations, serving as a trusted advisor to the President and the Executive Leadership Team.

This role builds stakeholder understanding, protects the Bank’s reputation, and guides digital strategy, multichannel messaging, and governance across the System while promoting financial stability and inclusive economic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead strategic communications across internal/external channels.
• Experience advising senior leaders and managing executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees strategic communications in partnership with the President and ELT; aligns narrative with Bank priorities.
• Leads internal communications and employee engagement across the organization.
• Manages reputational risk and crisis communications; serves as spokesperson during crises.
