The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia seeks an accomplished senior leader to head Strategic Communications, guiding internal and external messaging and safeguarding the Bank's reputation. This role advises the President and works with the Executive Leadership Team to shape strategy for the Third District and System.

The SVP will lead a high-impact communications organization, oversee media relations, speechwriting, and digital channels, while partnering with stakeholders across the Bank,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven track record in strategic communications leadership.
• Experience leading media relations and executive messaging.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems across a regional system.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads strategic communications in partnership with the President and ELT.
• Aligns institutional narrative with Bank priorities and protects reputation.
• Represents the Bank and contributes to System-level communication strategy.
• Oversees internal communications and employee engagement programs.
• Leads crisis communications and serves as spokesperson during crises.
• Drives digital strategy across websites, social media, and emerging channels.
