Job summary

CareSource seeks a seasoned Business Analyst IV to shape strategy, guide enterprise initiatives, and align technology-enabled solutions with organizational goals. You will partner with executive leadership to define value, drive requirements strategy, and mentor analysts across the organization.

Lead cross-functional efforts, oversee BA standards, and champion innovation in AI-enabled tools and analytics to accelerate business value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years progressive business analysis or related experience required
• Payer industry experience required
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, JIRA, Modern Requirements or equivalent tools; hybrid/agile
• Regulatory reporting and compliance knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Establish executive-level partnerships and drive strategic alignment across biz/tech
• Evaluate investment opportunities; develop business cases and success measures
• Own BA strategy and execution across programs, portfolios, and initiatives
• Provide strategic oversight for Epics, Features, and requirements artifacts
• Lead complex requirements discovery, analysis, and modeling across domains
• Advise leadership on prioritization, funding decisions, and value realization
• Review contracts, architecture artifacts, and program deliverables for alignment
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvements
• Establish strategic estimates, funding assumptions, and outcome measures
• Mentor analysts and lead enterprise transformation initiatives
