CareSource is seeking an AI Analyst IV to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex AI solutions across healthcare operations. You will act as a subject matter expert, guide AI capabilities, and mentor junior analysts while aligning governance and stakeholder needs.

The role partners with leaders to deliver AI-enabled improvements, evaluate value, and drive continuous improvement within a regulated health care environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Seven years of experience in healthcare operations, business analysis, automation, digital transformation, technology solutions, or related field.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, digital engagement, automation, or conversational technologies.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or another regulated industry.

Responsabilidades

• Leads design, implementation, and optimization of highly complex AI solutions, agents, and automations.
• Partners with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluates solution performance, adoption, and business value; drives continuous improvement.
• Establishes best practices for AI solution configuration, testing, documentation, and oversight.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, processes, and technologies.
