Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Business Analyst IV to lead strategy and ensure alignment between organizational objectives and technology-enabled solutions. You will partner with leadership to define business value, establish requirements strategies, and influence decisions across enterprise initiatives.

The role drives cross-functional collaboration, establishes standards, and mentors analysts to deliver measurable outcomes while guiding complex transformation programs within healthcare payer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Seven (7) years of progressive business analysis, requirements management, or related experience required.
• Relevant payer industry experience required.
• Experience with hybrid/agile software development processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish executive-level partnerships across business and technology functions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, develop business cases, define success measures.
• Own business analysis strategy across programs ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Provide strategic oversight for Epics and Features throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead complex requirements discovery and modeling across domains.
• Advise leadership on initiative prioritization and funding decisions.
• Review guidance on business cases, contracts, and architectural artifacts.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish strategic estimates and funding assumptions.
