Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a senior Business Operations & Program Management Support Analyst to support NGA. On-site at NGA Washington and surrounding facilities, you will provide program oversight, cross-program analysis, risk management, and executive communications to senior leaders.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience and active Top Secret clearance. You will coordinate congressional requests and develop strategic communications plans for NGA Commercial

Qualifications

• Master's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in program management (cost, schedule, performance, risk).
• Experience supporting the full lifecycle of Major System Acquisitions within DoW or IC.
• Experience assessing communications metrics to support executive-level decisions.
• Experience with electronic publishing and publication production process.
• Experience presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiences.
• Experience providing strategic-level decisions in a team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint-based websites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison translating complex technical progress into reports for customers and senior leadership.
• Lead development of strategic resource integration plans to achieve program objectives.
• Analyze internal and external projects to identify interdependencies, risks, and conflicts with actionable recommendations.
• Prepare for senior management reviews: briefing materials, coaches, track actions.
• Coordinate and execute a strategic communications plan for NGA Commercial Operations and related services.
• Assess communications metrics to inform strategic communications decisions.
• Draft speeches, talking points, memoranda, briefings; manage the SC Weekly Activity Report.
• Assist with full-cycle coordination of Congressional requests including CDs, CNs and RFIs.
