Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Senior Coordinator to support the firm’s growth and reputation. Working with the Sr.

Manager and the Marketing team, you will help pursue new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and assist in firm-profile-raising activities. You will conduct client research, prepare market reports, manage BD materials, and maintain the CRM while coordinating with attorneys and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of relevant law firm marketing/business development experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proofreading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare research on existing, new and prospective clients and synthesize market data into reports.
• Conduct competitive intelligence using Westlaw, Bloomberg Law, and Capital IQ.
• Track docket alerts and major company news for key clients; provide summaries.
• Intake requests for BD support and coordinate with senior manager to evaluate opportunities.
• Help develop BD materials including proposals, pitches, RFP responses.
• Track and maintain records of BD activities and update CRM with key contacts.
• Assist with Chambers USA and Legal 500 submissions.
• Support additional projects as assigned.
