Ambition is seeking a Sr. Business Development & Marketing Coordinator for a litigation firm to support growth, client development, and brand visibility.

You will work with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and develop marketing materials for strategic initiatives across the firm. This role offers a collaborative environment and visibility with partners and leadership on meaningful projects that drive business development

Responsibilities

• Conduct client, prospect, and market research to identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze industry trends and competitive intelligence to support client meetings, pitches, RFPs, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate proposals, pitch materials, RFP responses, and other business development communications.
• Track key client developments, market news, and business development activities, maintaining accurate records and CRM data.
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to evaluate opportunities, coordinate resources, and support client growth initiatives.
