Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
- 5+ years of experience in related field.
- In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.
Responsibilities
- Act as senior member contributing to pharmacy affordability goals.
- Identify and implement specialty pharmacy network strategies and contracting opportunities.
- Develop network optimization strategies including pricing methodologies.
- Support financial and qualitative analysis for contracting decisions and affordability initiatives.
- Translate market dynamics into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Present network strategies and impact assessments to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments as subject matter expert in specialty pharmacy network strategy and affordability solutions.
- Monitor industry and regulatory trends affecting network performance and costs.
- Engage with external partners to evaluate opportunities and innovative affordability solutions.
- Communicate progress and outcomes across the strategy portfolio to support alignment.
