Job summary

Linqia, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Strategic Accounts Manager (Client Services) to lead senior client relationships for enterprise brand campaigns. You will drive strategy, planning, and cross‑functional execution to deliver full‑funnel influencer program results.

You’ll partner with media, creative, and brand teams to ensure flawless delivery from pre‑IO to launch, while uncovering growth opportunities and maintaining outstanding client experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client management and media (or influencer) experience within agencies.
• Experience and comfort with high-level client communications.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the oversight of a client’s campaign with superior customer service while maximizing business opportunities, growth, and efficiency.
• Responsible for meeting business KPI’s and development within signed IO’s.
• Owner of the Client Experience and responsible for exceeding client expectations and creating long term partnerships.
• Lead strategic channel planning activities with internal teams to optimize campaigns.
