Gildan seeks a senior sales leader to direct sales and account management for strategic programs and key retail customers. You will steer product placement, collaborate with senior leadership on priorities, and drive opportunities across teams to meet forecasts and service metrics.

You will build relationships with top customers, coordinate with replenishment and sales analytics, and lead efforts to align orders with monthly ship forecasts while ensuring efficient data and buyer meeting

Formación

• University degree + Minimum of 12 years of relevant and managerial experience
• Master’s degree or University degree & professional designation/certification + 10 years of relevant experience
• Broad knowledge of all work carried out in the operational unit / function
• Detailed understanding of processes and systems within the operational unit / function
• Sound understanding of the business

Responsabilidades

• Directs sales and account management efforts for multiple strategic programs and customers
• Manages the sales of customer accounts for key retail customers
• Leads direction for product placement and sales of accounts
• Collaborates with Director or Vice President on priorities and business strategies
• Coordinates customer meetings at multiple levels and ensures data completeness for buyer meetings
• Leads category team efforts to deliver service metrics and on-time delivery
