Gildan in Bentonville, AR is seeking a senior sales leader to direct strategic programs and customer accounts within our Sales Marketing and Distribution Team. You will steer product placement, collaborate with senior leadership, and grow opportunities with key retailers.

You will lead metrics-driven customer service efforts, coordinate with replenishment and analytics teams, and ensure timely execution of orders, forecasts, and item setups.

Qualifications

• University degree with ≥12 years of relevant managerial experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Experience in manufacturing supplying product to retail customers preferred.
• Adept at reading data and formulating metrics.

Responsabilités

• Directs sales and account management for key retail customers.
• Lead product placement strategy and sales direction for accounts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on priorities and strategies.
• Initiate contacts with new and existing customers to create opportunities.
• Coordinate with replenishment and sales analytics in assigned categories.
• Align customer orders with monthly ship forecasts.
• Generate business analysis and coordinate buyer meetings at multiple levels.
• Ensure data readiness for buyer meetings and timely execution with customers.
