Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering with a water resources emphasis.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• PE license; additional credentials such as GISP, WEDG, ENV SP, CFM, PMP, CPESC, or CPSWQ are a plus
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record for business travel

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to a broad range of water resources and stormwater projects for municipal, state, and federal clients.
• Manage projects, client relationships, and technical teams.
• Design stormwater and civil infrastructure solutions for the built environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Support business development, proposals, and strategic growth.
• Oversee teams developing and applying models and design tools to support infrastructure projects (ICPR, EPA-SWMM, HEC-RAS, AutoCAD Civil3D, ArcGIS).
• Support watershed management planning and conceptualize flood reduction and water quality improvement CIP projects.
• Lead environmental resource permitting and oversight of technical reports, plans, specs, and construction documents.
• Support field investigations and construction-phase services.
• Help clients address climate resilience and long-term infrastructure challenges
