Job summary

Woolpert seeks a Sr. Stormwater Site/Civil Engineer to join our Water Team in Pennsylvania.

The role focuses on technical delivery for site civil and stormwater projects, advancing QA/QC, and guiding junior engineers on project scope, schedule, and budget. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Civil or related field, be a PA PE or eligible within 3 months, have 5+ years of experience, and be proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Biosystems, or a related engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Support phases of site/civil projects for energy clients in Pennsylvania.
• Stormwater and erosion and sediment control design that meet local and state regulatory requirements.
• Prepare permitting documents for zoning permit approval through NPDES stormwater permit approval.
• Perform technical aspects of specified deliverables and lead a junior team member in creating deliverables consistent with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to junior team members and perform quality control of deliverables produced by junior team members
• Manage phases of projects, ensuring completion of work that meets quality assurance requirements.
• Perform field work and attend public meetings, as needed.
• Analyze and interpret information, including field data, to present to clients in a meaningful format.
• Meet internal and/or external project deadlines.
• Comply with and implement clearly defined QA/QC measures.
