Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related field
• PE license in Water Resources, Civil, or Environmental Engineering
• MDE ESC and SWM Plan Reviewer certifications or ability to obtain within one year
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience
• Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, SWMM, and TR-55

Responsibilities

• ESC and Stormwater Plan Review
• Regulatory compliance for TMDLs and MS4 permits
• Hydraulic analysis and design of open/closed drainage systems
• Storm drain analysis and design
• Hydrologic watershed analysis
• Autodesk CAD work for project delivery
• Support for client coordination and reporting
