Egis in the U.S. seeks a Stormwater Engineer Lead to Round Rock or Austin, TX. You will drive innovative drainage and flood mitigation solutions, mentor a regional team, and strengthen client partnerships across Central Texas.

Lead complex municipal projects, shape the regional stormwater practice strategy, and leverage HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, InfoWorks ICM, Civil 3D or MicroStation to deliver results that meet client needs while growing the practice.

Qualifications

• Texas PE license and a bachelor's or master's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• 10+ years of experience delivering municipal stormwater projects, with at least 3 years in leadership or PM roles.
• Proven success working with Central Texas municipalities, especially the City of Austin.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the team of stormwater professionals in Central Texas, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Shape regional strategy for Egis' Stormwater Practice in Central Texas.
• Deliver complex municipal stormwater projects including drainage master planning and flood mitigation studies.
• Drive business development: cultivate client partnerships, direct project pursuits, and guide proposals.
• Promote technical excellence: apply advanced modeling tools to ensure innovative project delivery.
