Egis Group is seeking entry-level and early-career Civil Engineers (0-4 years) to join our growing Stormwater Practice in Texas. You'll work on drainage and stormwater projects under mentorship from seasoned PEs, gaining hands-on experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop designs, support project delivery, and grow your stormwater expertise through real-world design challenges and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• 0–4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to drainage analyses, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, and plan production.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality designs.
• Assist in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery.
• Gain stormwater experience on master planning, urban drainage, roadway H&H design, FEMA studies.
• Work under a licensed PE with mentorship toward licensure.
