Job summary

NAPA is hiring a Parts Professional to provide prompt service in-store, over the phone, or at the dealer’s shop. You will look up part applications in catalogs or the POS and process orders with accuracy and courtesy.

You’ll advise customers on parts, questions, and product knowledge while maintaining pricing methods and store policies. A High School Diploma is required; ASE Parts Specialist certification is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to identify part numbers and line codes quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Looks up the parts application in catalogs or POS system. Processes orders for customers with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and courtesy. Assists and advises customers on how to best meet their needs, often dealing with questions and problems of a highly technical nature. Exhibits a thorough knowledge of products, performance standards, warranties, sales programs, and operating policies.
