NAPA is hiring a Counter Sales associate in Kennett Square to be the face of our retail store. You will assist customers with auto parts, answer questions, and provide fast, friendly service.

Bring parts knowledge and a passion for cars; training is provided. This full-time/part-time role offers a path to career growth within a Fortune 200 company and a supportive team environment.

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear and motor down and rebuild it (however, if you can, that’s awesome) – but we do need you to have a background and knowledge of automotive parts.
