Genuine Parts Company—NAPA is seeking a friendly Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, providing auto parts answers and solutions in person or over the phone.

You will use a computer, cash register, and catalog system, help customers, and support teammates with knowledge of automotive parts. A valid driver's license and willingness to learn are required.

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear and motor down and rebuild it (however, if you can, that’s awesome) – but we do need you to have a background and knowledge of automotive parts.
