Job summary

Ferragamo is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Store Planning and Construction in North America. You will lead architectural and construction efforts for flagship, outlet, wholesale, and shop-in-shop formats, coordinating with HQ in Italy and regional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, site visits, and handover, ensuring best-in-class design quality while meeting brand standards. Travel 25–50% required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in luxury retail project management or architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• English required; Italian a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, Project, AutoCAD.
• Strong field construction and millwork knowledge.
• Understanding of lease documents and Landlord Work provisions.
• LEED knowledge or certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% domestically and internationally.
• Self-driven with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate architectural and construction for new stores and renovations.
• Partner with Legal and Real Estate to validate locations and timelines.
• Prepare project schedules and budgets; track milestones and costs.
• Coordinate with Landlord teams for drawings and startup information.
• Prepare project briefs and liaise with HQ in Italy for design documentation.
• Review drawings for consistency; manage consultants, vendors and invoices.
• Maintain updated budgets and schedules; report to executives monthly.
• Lead procurement, bidding, and vendor management activities.
• Visit sites to ensure quality and supervise handover and closeout.
