Job summary

Ferragamo is seeking a Retail Training Specialist to support the Retail Training team across the U.S. and Canada. You will schedule sessions, manage records, prepare materials, and serve as the first point of contact for store teams with training questions.

You will collaborate with HR, Store Management, and the Training Manager to ensure onboarding milestones are met and training programs run smoothly, including LMS administration and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in admin, coordination, or HR/training support (retail preferred).
• Excellent organization, scheduling, and attention to detail.
• Experience with LMS and MS Office; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule training sessions (in-person, virtual, and on-the-job).
• Prepare and ship training materials, workbooks, and welcome kits.
• Coordinate new hire training schedules and onboarding milestones.
• Maintain LMS records, attendance, and completion data; assign courses.
• Prepare reports on participation, completion rates, and onboarding status.
• Update training decks, job aids, and guides; support product launches and policy changes.
• Serve as first contact for store teams with training, scheduling, and system questions.
• Process training expenses and vendor invoices; support ad hoc projects.
