Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assistant Manager reports to Store Manager and assists in daily store operations in SAM's absence.
• Receives inventory, stocking and maintaining a store section, operates a cash register, and performs basic bookkeeping duties.
• Supervises staff on assigned tasks and ensures compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Provides customer service, handles refunds or exchanges, and resolves customer issues.
