Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a Head Manager to oversee store operations, staff leadership, and sales performance at our Lansing-area location. You will manage schedules, payroll, visual standards, and associate relations in partnership with district leadership.

You will build a strong, motivated team, deliver results, and mentor employees to grow within the organization. The role emphasizes accountability, coaching, and customer-focused leadership in a fast-paced streetwear environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Takes initiative and has problem solving skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate store goals and directives to maximize the team's contributions toward the sales plan.
• Complete schedules, tasks, and visual merchandising within timelines.
• Ensure payroll budget is met without compromising service.
• Partner with District Manager and HR on associate relations and potential terminations.
• Lead store meetings to share best practices and drive solutions.
• Build a strong team that delivers sales and profit results.
• Provide honest leadership and a performance-driven culture.
• Coach associates to develop capabilities and progression.
