Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co in Commerce, CA seeks a Senior Store Manager to lead a Levi’s Store with $15M+ annual volume toward profitable growth and strong brand equity. You will supervise multiple managers and shape store strategies to enhance customer and associate experiences while achieving growth goals.

You will coach leaders, ensure service, operations and visual standards, and drive sales through effective team management, training and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 9+ years combined education/experience may substitute.
• Minimum 7 years of retail management experience in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Levi's Store with annual volume of $15M+ to profitable growth and build brand equity.
• Coach and train store managers to meet customer service, operational and visual standards.
• Develop in-store leadership through programs and training opportunities.
• Ensure communication cascades from leadership to the store team.
• Implement Levi's customer service and sales philosophies.
• Meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals and coach the team.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, loss prevention and safety programs.
• Recruit and retain top talent and manage performance standards.
• Pilot new programs and drive improvements in sales and operations.
