Job summary

Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead a diverse team, develop strategies, train staff, manage payroll, inventory, and customer service, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of store operations, customer service, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Guide profitable sales and meet store financial plans through decisions and leading the store team to accomplish performance goals.
• Develop and flex store business strategies, programs, and growth across all categories; communicate goals to the team, track performance to exceed sales targets.
• Manage training for new hires and current employees on Levi's culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Build performance management tools, coach employees, and handle employee relations and feedback.
• Recruit and make hiring and termination decisions for store positions beneath management.
• Create succession and development plans for continued growth of talent.
• Ensure compliance with Levi's Stores policies and programs.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control based on store conditions.
• Oversee floor changes, promotions, visual merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
