Levi Strauss & Co. in Commerce, CA is seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead a Levi’s Store with $15M+ annual volume toward profitable growth and strong brand equity through superior store operations and customer/associate experiences.

The role supervises multiple managers, builds an in-store leadership team, ensures product knowledge and history are communicated, and drives adherence to service and sales philosophies while achieving growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of retail management experience including 3+ years in a high-volume setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the in-store leadership team to ensure customer service, operational and visual standards are met.
• Meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals by modeling performance, setting targets and coaching the team.
• Oversee payroll, inventory control, loss prevention and safety compliance across the store.
