We are seeking a business leader to join our retail store leadership team at The Trybe Pacific Fair.

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in executing the brand vision, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a fun shopping experience for both parents and children.

You will work collaboratively with your Store Manager and Area Manager to cultivate a people-first culture, drive sales growth, and advance your leadership career.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations to meet sales, KPI, presentation, visual merchandising, stock, wage, and shrinkage targets
• Motivate and lead your team to achieve KPI and sales goals
• Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, recognizing successes and addressing areas for improvement
• Manage wage costs effectively, adhering to rostering standards and budgets
• Coach and mentor team members, supporting their development through training and succession planning
• Maintain high standards of OH&S compliance according to legislation
• Implement structured rosters with consecutive days off to promote work-life balance

Qualifications

• Experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC
