Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 25 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Mentors the team and develops clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships.
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
• Provides feedback and enforces company policies and store procedures.
