Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a technical or IT support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for store systems and technology issues.
• Support Help Desk, Field Technical Services, and POS/RX teams in troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve store hardware and connectivity issues.
• Monitor store systems and network performance using monitoring tools.
• Coordinate vendor repairs for telecommunications circuits and equipment.
• Program, maintain, and troubleshoot telephone systems.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with timely resolutions.
• Diagnose and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
