Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring an IT Principal Support Specialist to provide advanced Level 2 technical support for store technology and communications systems. You will coordinate with Field Technical Services, IS RX/POS, and vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, monitoring, and coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. The role requires on-site training in Smithfield, RI, followed by a hybrid schedule with two days per week

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a technical support or IT support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for store systems and technology issues.
• Support the Store Systems Help Desk and related teams in troubleshooting complex problems.
• Investigate and resolve store hardware and connectivity issues between corporate and store infrastructure.
• Monitor store systems and network performance using the Orion platform and alerts.
• Coordinate vendor repairs for telecommunications circuits and equipment.
• Program, maintain, and troubleshoot telephone systems with vendors.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with timely resolutions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to diagnose and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Train onsite in Smithfield, RI; transition to hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in the office.
