Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Sr Store Analytics Manager to lead analytics for store-growth decisions within the Enterprise Analytics team. You will shape where Tailored Brands grows, evaluate opportunities, and measure store tests after launch with executive-ready communication.

You will mentor analysts and develop predictive models for location selection, market potential, and performance drivers, partnering acrossReal Estate, Ops, Finance, and Data Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, economics, mathematics, business, data science, geography, or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, retail, real estate, consulting, consumer insights, or related field.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and Python skills with the ability to transform large datasets into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience building, evaluating, or operationalizing forecasting models, predictive analytics, experimentation frameworks, or other decision-support methodologies.
• Familiarity with location intelligence, trade-area analytics, site selection, market planning, geospatial analysis, or related retail growth disciplines.
• Experience working with external data sources such as mobility, consumer spend, demographic, or market intelligence datasets.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex analyses to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex forecasts and analytical findings into clear business recommendations with risks and decision frameworks.
• Establish and standardize analytical methodologies, assumptions, governance, and decision frameworks across store-growth initiatives.
• Lead store maturity and sales ramp analyses to validate long-term performance assumptions and forecast capabilities.
• Design, execute, and communicate test-and-learn analyses for new store openings, remodels, and market activations.
• Develop and enhance predictive models for location selection, forecast accuracy, and drivers of store performance.
• Leverage internal and external data to evaluate market opportunities and strengthen store-growth recommendations.
• Partner with Real Estate, Store Ops, Merchandising, Finance, Data Engineering, and leadership to align analytics with strategy.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to the analytics roadmap with advanced analytics and external market data.
