Tory Burch is seeking a Senior Store Design & Construction professional to lead complex retail projects from concept to grand opening, balancing brand standards with site realities across international markets.

You will manage budgets, timelines and cross-functional stakeholders, while reviewing design details, coordinating with architects, vendors and regional teams to ensure on-time delivery and design integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in retail project management.
• Degree preferred in architecture or interior design.
• Experience managing international retail projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate across regions via photo, calls, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead store design projects from concept through opening.
• Coordinate with Retail, VM, IT and regional partners.
• Manage budgets, timelines and vendor approvals.
• Review shop drawings and millwork details.
• Guide PMs and coordinators to follow standard methods.
