Job summary

Tory Burch LLC is seeking an experienced retail operations professional to oversee store operations and inventory management. You will manage a large team, uphold budgets, and ensure a transformational customer experience across the team.

The role requires 3–5 years in a high-volume retail environment, with open availability for nights, holidays, and weekends. A strong emphasis on process, training, and leadership will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of stock or operations-related experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and product flow.
• Train store staff on technology and operational procedures.
• Partner with the GM and cross-functional teams to manage annual budgets and resources.
• Lead by example and set clear goals to maintain a high standard of excellence.
